Details about the Hellö App
• Booking By selecting your departure point and your destination you can easily book any trip.
First you will see if there are still tickets available, then you can select and reserve your favourite seat.
To make future bookings even faster you can save your data in the Hellö App.

• My Tickets All tickets you have purchased via the Hellö App can be found here.
This means you don’t have to print out your ticket, but can show it to your Hellö chauffeur during boarding on your smartphone.
You can also add tickets you bought via the Hellö website by scanning the QR code on your booking confirmation (by the way that’s the (only) reason, the app needs access to your camera).

Choose “Stöps” to find the location of your stop and look it up in a navigation app.
